The fan cup is shoddy in product. The fan cup broke after one use. I need a new fan cap.

This is my third fan from Holmes and have been satisfied until this purchase. The button that controls the oscillating does not work. Have to use needle nose pliers to change it from oscillating to not oscillating. Price was great but not worth the trouble to ship back.

I ordered this item for my supervisor and when we received it one of the blades were cracked. It happens I thought so I exchanged it. when the exchange arrived the housing to the motor was cracked. My supervisor turned it back to our main office supply person. I chose very unwisely. Don't bother with this inferior product.
